lol thats alot of force really, with that much durability Wolverine really shouldn't have been able to pierce his hide just from the fact he couldn't generate enough force.........................oh well lol......................Bloodlust on I would think that Thing tears the flesh from Sabertooth whenever he grabs him.

oh yeah.... sabretooth is as good a fighter as wolverine.. his strength is somewhere in the 12 to 20 ton class category and he's faster than wolverine to boot... not only this but his healing factor is faster acting as well... consider all the fights that wolvie's had with bricks and then add in sabretooth's far greater superhuman attributes... KOing sabes with brute strength is going to be a feat in and of itself, even for somebody like the thing.
as for armor piercing bullets... hulks skins takes that kind of punishment in stride.. but he DOESN'T take wolverine's claws too well.. wolverine's claws are just to sharp and indestructible to compare with bullets...

The THING period...
It depends on the writer and the artist rendisions on whether Wolvies claws can cut Ben or The HULK... We've all seen both versions.
Ben is strong enough to KO...Tear in half...pull of his head, arms, legs or any other appendage he chooses to.
At the very most Sabretooth can scratch Ben... And thats it.

Wolverine has badly cut Thing twice. If it was once I might call it a fluke, but combined with the fact that Wolverine's adamantium claws have cut Colossus (Tougher than Thing) and Green Hulk (Tougher than Thing and Colossus) it's kind of pointless to argue that Thing can stand up to Adamantium blades. Not only have they cut him, but completely impaled him through the shoulder to the hilt.
Wolverine ripped off half of Thing's face and they had a long drawn out story about Thing coping with his disfigurement. Thing wore a mask for a long time. You can't deny that he has been cut.
Wolverine's claws are honed sharp enough to cut through ANYTHING. There are a few exceptions like forcefields and Magic, but other than that there should be nothing he can't cut. Very tough substances like the Hulk's flesh are harder to cut and result in a wound that does not penetrate as deep, but they do get cut. Wolverine has to have leverage and a strong strike to do deep tissue damage. When Wolverine used Hulk's momentum against him he has cut completely through Hulk's hand and delivered a stab to the neck that penetrated very deep. Deep enough to hurt the Hulk pretty bad. If Wolverine's adamantium claws can do that to Hulk, Sabretooth can surely do the same to Thing.
Only problem here is that Sabretooth's claws aren't really long enough to do deep body damage to the Thing.
I think Thing would take it 6/10, but he's going to be very badly hurt afterward, while Sabretooth recovers in a minute or two and is ready for more.
Oh, and Sabretooth is not as good a fighter as Wolverine. Wolverine's more refined fighting skill and longer claws are the only thing he has over Sabretooth. Without Wolverine's better fighting skills Sabretooth would win more than he does.

X-men annual #6 Wolverine tried to cut Colossus but the result was just sparks and Wolverine being punched through a wall.
