Well, this is ROTS Yoda, so no need for 'at his peak'. He's at his best in ROTS.

Secondly, he gets wasted. He's up against someone who posesses nearly un equaled reserves of raw power.

That someone is a Jedi, but not hesitant to use Sith powers, such as choke, and Dun Moch techniques. Not to mention he has his own lightning variant that can kill a Vong slayer in one hit.

That someone, Luke, was described as dueling with such skill, such speed, such power, that his weapon looked like twenty. He's like a big version of Yoda, except faster, stronger, and far more powerful.

And uglier, besides.
