We've only heard that Tulak Hord was the best Sith swordsman of his time, and Simus had the ability to keep himself alive though he was just a head, and that's how we've only seen him. A head.

Lord Simus chops Hords head off and then takes Hords body for his head and lets Hord rot for awile in a jar.

Hord will die in the jar and Simus will use his new body for long needed love makin'
