The capicity for stupidity is already there, Things such as hip-hop, moronic things that their parents do and rub off on them, TV, etc are what push it to them.

And I've seen all of those, I'm 15, I listen to "Hip-hop" mainly mainstream, I watch TV... not much, and I've seen my dad do Stupid things... am I stupid?

What I reckon is that even if a person has stupid parents etc. the effect is neutered slightly if they also hang out with smart people.
