I got this from a site. Being topless for woman is legal. It is not a sexual part. Men go around with no shirt, exposing there nipples and chest, so it's only right that woman could do it to with out hassle. Look it up, it is legal for woman to

There is no law stoping this, and is not sexual. Sexual parts are the Penis and the Vagina.

Male chest/nipples, and Woman/nipples, are not forms of sex, so everyone should stop treating it like that. There was a special news event about it, on a local channel, and no they didnt cover up the nipples or breast at all, because it is LEGAL, and not porn.

It's an insult to my civil rights' integrity, seeing female nipples and areolas covered and male nipples and areolas uncovered.

What's wrong? Mine got a disease? Theirs clean and mine dirty? Whatever the rationale, I don't think it is rational and I feel insulted to see the double standard in magazines, on TV, and in other media. Someone should picket the media for their double-standard default!

Naturally on nude beaches you can go topless. Also, some cities and beaches in USA and Canada have rule saying that women can be topless as long as there are no complaints about that. In Europe, women commonly sunbath topless on beaches, and there is a good number of nude beaches too. Seeing bare breasts is no big deal, since breasts have not been turned into a silly sexual taboo like pornographic industry would have us believe.

Topfreedom is not a modern concept. For example, the normal dress of most native American (indian) women used to be just a wrap-around skirt with no top, but nowadays they have had to comform so as to not offend 'the whites'. I live in Missouri! And I have researched various articals, about equal rights! The laws, and the many isssues that are meant to be abolished, with the laws! And, from what I have come to understand! Under the Equal Rights Act, this was not supposed to have ever been a legal issue! Under any definition of the term! Women are to be given, the same rights as men! And it is seldom an issue, when a man has nothing covering the skin, from his waist up! So why? Is it so differant for a woman! The only differance is: A womans flesh, is not as close to the ribs, in certain areas! And a woman is capable of breastfeeding! But only after giving birth! And only for a short span of time!
