Alright, Sam will be android 9. his species abilities will be Namekian regeneration (I want a bit more of a challenge with keeping him alive.), unlimited ki, and rubber body (or what ever you call the stretch body namekians have). As for starting abilities, sword master, lethal punch (Every once in a while, Sam will be able to find a weak spot on an opponent and deliver death or a mortal wound with a punch.), guided fall (Sam can control his direction as he falls, sort of like a glide), Blue Lightning style martial arts (Sam's heavy hitting fighting style)
