Who has the most Potential of being a Herald Kurse or Juggernaut or X-Man

Who would do the best as a herald

Juggernaut I would say with his connection with Cyttorak and now Galactus he could draw the power of two reat forces he could very well be the strongest herald ever.

Nate Grey as a Herald would be badass, since his body would finally be durable enough to withstand channeling his full power. TK mixed with power cosmic would amke him one uber matter manipulator too, probably somewhere near molecule man level.
