I disgaree with that. Terry would be a 10...he has done alot for SNK even Frank of fighter's generation calls him SNK's ORIGINAL HERO.

I remeber when me, and my friends had terry fever because of mark of garou. I actually like terry more than ryu, but his showings are complete trash.As opposed to ryu, who hasn't been the main character of street figher sin SF! and alpha more or less has waaaay better showings. Hence why I vote for ryu, Terry's beaten more powerhouses as oppossed to ryu, but he hasn't gotten a good showing since mark of garou. all this KOF crap arcs dealing with orochi or the flame user's is really annoying, while terry is benched doing nothing.

EDIT: with the way things are going, I won't be surpirsed if ash beats terry.

I disagree, Terry back in the days beat: Geese,Kaiser, and Yamakazi.

Snk just got lazy, and decided to fuse many of their fighting games in KOF. Kyo overshadowed terry, and he's been going downhill ever since.
He hasn't been in the hero team since 94, instead he makes it to the crappy "Fatal Fury Team" which get's eliminated by team japan. 🙁

Honestly, ryu's showings are worst than terry, it's just that SNK messed up terry, and viola. Besides, what major person has ryu defeated, Alex,Hugo?

true,i was a big fan of kof mostly fatal furry and i got pissed when they 4 got about the character that made them famous,at least in the states any way.2 be honest u cant really say who ryu beat other than those 2 and ken,bison becuase capcom never really puts much details in their story.im just going off of what ive seen the charactes do.ryu has done SOME things ive only seen in stuff like DBZ.

Capcom does put alot of detail in their stories, just check out the street fighter plot guide.

Capcom has been writing guides since the 90's, capcom of america just F@#$& up the story line.

damn, u see thats the thing capcom didnt write those, some guy did and while it may be true,ill never know 4 sure,unless capcom says it some where themselves then ill truly know the story.
