jinzin was a highly respected general of the Red Ribbon Army, and pretty much Dr. Gero's righthand man. (Rememer, this is another alternate db world..) He was given life again as a cyborg and has seen the rut Dr. Gero has put the army through without his support. As such he's evaluated with "supiror logic" that Gero is a weak link to the evolution of the Red Ribbon's hopes to control the world and killed him in cold blood. He now sends henchmen to find the Dragonballs so he no longer has to worry about goverments coming it to topple his global conquest plans..

Power Level: Infinite techinchaly, but he fights and does energy blasts that simulate a power level of 900. As strong as Gohan during Raditz time on Earth.
