Spidey vs. HULK

so you mean to tell me that Spidey beats Hulk with throwing a cement mixer at him?
The same Hulk that crushes tanks with his bare hands?
The same Hulk that held a portion of a mountain over his head?
The same Hulk that goes toe to toe with Surfer,Abomination and the whole US ARmy?
If Spidey was being chased by the army, would he be able to evade them as Hulk has?

ok how the heck is spidey a class 15-20 beat a freaking super class 100 classic juggy?? of cource the writes have to come up with something like that, out witting a opponent like juggy to beat him..wat do u want spidey to do web him?

Spider-Man has had pretty good showings against the Hulk, he beat him more than once, using his brains.

But he lacks the strength, durability and stamina to beat up the Hulk with his fists only. Hulk would kill him.
