There's also that one feat of him animating a large statue with his consciousness while being trapped in the Source Wall. He even commented that him doing so took more power/energy than Apokalips uses in an entire year.

Just regarding thr retelling of Darkseid KOing Highfather ...

It was actually in Kirby's New Gods #7 I think, "The Pact." It was a sucker shot using one of Desaad's weapons. I wouldn't count it as a battle feat, although it was how Darkseid engineered the war between Apokolips and New Genesis. It's a pretty good intelligence feat all things considered.
