First, let's leave gay jokes out of this. People are sensitive about these things. No need to spark emotions that aren't necessary to be sparked.
Second. Superman blinks and Spiderman's dead. There. Spider sense will do absolutely nothing in this fight. Might as well be Flash vs. Spiderman.
Hulk would probably eventually beat Spiderman unless Spidey found a way to not make him angry. That's his only way to win. To soothe the savage Hulk. But other than that, Hulk would eventually prove too much for him.
And I forget who did it now, but someone made a good post about what would probably happen. And it makes a lot of sense to me.

This is sad, people was going that Spiderman could aviod the hulk for this long.
If they are secure about there sexuality, then the joke will remain a joke unless they are insecure, and feel ofended because they really are.
I know Flash and Hulk kill Spiderman, but when I was going Spidersense, people are like yeah but after a while. NO, not he will outlast the Hulk, he will DIE, no if uh buts no, DEAD.
