"Dodon Ray!" he sht for Beams exploding on contact, He smield as he dashed for ward kiking the Fighter otu of teh ring.

The Sovereign's Arrival
A single solitary crimson light would appear off in the distance near the western horizon. Something is coming.. It's a figure, it can be made out from the tournament stands, a person. An erie wind flows throughout the tourny area, it's the sign of a bad omen.
Here he came, blazing across the sky, leaving a trail of blood red aura behind him, it'd stain the sky and make it look as though someone had ripped a gash into the heavens.
He'd be cackling maniacally, eyes half-lidded as always, hair whipping about wildly in the wind before he stops above the tournament arena. Hovering about a mile or so above the ring below.
"Heh, heh, heh.."
Staring down the audience as they watched him in awe. His sadistic little smirk made it very hard to read him, but not hard enough to keep one from reading his intentions.
The power level of the fighters had attracted him, and so he came, though a little pre-game fun never hurt anyone.
Descending from the sky and planting himself in the stands, arms at his sides, gaze now locked on an unlucky school girl in the crowd.
"Heh.. Tsumaran, sonna gangyou wa hitsuyou nai.."
Lifting his right hand up and placing it gently upon the cute girl's face as he hovers before her. "Mmmm.. No worries.."
Caressing her cheek and smiling, innocence is such a wonderful thing, gaining the crowds approval as they comment on how cute he was. The girl reaching out to pat Eiji's head but then it happened..
Thrusting his hand forth, index finger and middle finger shooting straight into her eye sockets, plunging into her skull, a shrill scream is heard from her, there's no doubt that she's in agonizing pain. She'd jerk an twitch and scream, trying to push him away from her, she'd regret that for the last seconds of her life.
The crowd breaking into a riot, screams everywhere as everyone tries to runaway.
The girl gritting her teeth, biting down as hard as she possibly can, the pain is too much to bear.
Eiji merely giggling, it was funny, he loved it, it was a game to him, and she was a toy. Thumb pushing gently against her teeth and gradually the pressure he's applying with his thumb would increase.
Thumb breaking through her teeth and shredding her gums apart, pushing her tongue down her throat and coming back to press against the roof of her mouth.
Good god, this is just sick!.. This child is surely too sadistic in the mind to be taken as anything but a serious matter.
Clenching his digits within her skull, thumb tearing through the roof of her mouth and meeting up with the fingers that had ripped through her eyes, they touched and finally he'd give her a yank and rip her skull right off her shoulders. Girl dropping dead like a stone, she's definitely dead.
Raising the skull to his face he'd plant a kiss upon it's cheek and toss it over his shoulder.
"You can't spell slaughter without laughter, people.." Then he'd break out into maniacal giggles.
A random guy running up to him from behind, tears streaking down his face as he throws a punch at Eiji. Eiji thrusting his right elbow back and the impact is similar to that of a shotgun, blowing a hole through the man's face and dropping him dead in his tracks.
Arms slowly dropping to his sides.. "And it begins.."

You cannot help but hear the screams in eth crowd as The Tournamnet is disrupted, A small child seemed to...By God he had just butchered a little girl as well as man coming the Old Martial Artist was no where in sight e must have ran! Coward! The child laughter insanely as teh crowd runs.

"By God, You may attack these people but in teh end you are purely scared of us!" he said as a few otehr noticeable Fighters come to help him one bing Tien another being Hercule JR. and SR. as well as being accomanied by teh former Fighter Rioko. They all wnat a peice of yu only a few seem to be worth it.

The Man came Closer you only smile his isn't even half of your power!, he goes to swing, when suddenly something apeares infront of you and blocked teh blow with a huge Sword cutting the club in two your Strong body Guard makes no hesitation to finish the job by swinging his Swork quickly and choppin the mans head off, blood spews everywhere, a large mass of Cubes surround you as your three otehr Body Guards apear, Jardax, Berj, Xhanja, and Banja.

Tom got up and brushed himself off. "That hurt... but not as much as I thought it might... Let's see how he likes it." He thought, rushing the thing. He spun and jumped into the air. "Megaton Blast attack!" He shouted, thrusting the explosive kick at it's throat.
