I watched this made for tv movie awhile back and it is making me crazy not knowing the name of it. It was about a kid in high school who needs a kidney transplant. His mom and girlfriend help him find a match. When they are unable to find a sutable match the young boy dies and the school names the football feild after him.
Please help if you can im going out of my mind
