I like Saruman more. If you look at the characters they are almost the same. Dooku really was never seen in the war and stayed behind the scenes alot like Saruman but if they killed Dooku what difference would that have made. Grievous would take over. Basically Saruman was a bigger threat because the Jedi had an army greater then Dooku's and Rohan barely won at Helm's Deep
