I'm taking this class in school called Challenge and Changes in Society. It goes into Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology. Anyways, as one of the assignments, we have to complete a 28 day challenge. You either give something up (eg. smoking) or do something new everyday (eg. jog) that will improve your life.I have no idea what to do. Help.
