Lightray vs. Genis-Vell

Last post of the night. No prep. Bloodlust on. Both characters are in full use of any and all resources that is NORMALLY accessible to them.

dont know much about lightray, but im goin for Genis.

Does Lightray control light?

He kinda sounds like Genis. Genis has apparently raised the dead before.(Burstarr) Recreated the Universe alongside Entropy an Ephiphany... Ummm.... Orion saved Lightray's ass before so I'm going with Genis.

Genis wins.

Lightray has always looked a bit of a poof, to me. Not much more than a Johnny Storm, just a bit more powerful. He has anything to challenge Genis-Vell?
