Yeah, you're going to have to get bigger shirts, to fit all those new muscles...Christmas was great C, I got engaged to my long time girlfriend...Hope yours was as good as mine..

Well I'm very happy to hear that, girls and I always lead to problems, and I don't even do anything. 🙁 Nonstop drama. Christmas was decent, sucks that I broke my stationary punching bag though. 🙁

I actually do alot of his workouts. Finger pushups, one hand pushups, dragonflys, etc.
