My final one, I promise, but this is one of my favourites, when I was in Uganda a couple of years ago, just before we went white water rafting down the Nile. This was at an island, in the middle of the Nile, in the "Jacuzzi", drinking a Nile Special.
What can I say? I love Africa, this continent was made for me!

Its really good. What part you staying in? I got back 2 weeks ago. I stayed in Hurghada but travelled to Cairo and Giza. I spent some time out in the desert with a bedouin tribe. You'll have a great time.

Excellent! I have a HUGE thing about animals, my favourite books when I was a kid where Gerald Durrell's novels about his expeditions to capture animals for the zoos. I always wanted to work with animals, but I pass out at the sight of blood (seriously) so I had to drop biology when I was quite young.
The only animals I don't like are spiders (I can handle the small ones, but the big ones give me the creeps) and for some strange reason I have a phobia about grasshoppers. When they jump at me, whirring their wings, with all those hooks sticking out from their legs, I want to get the heeby-jeebies.
After I visited that reptile park, I SO badly wanted to get a snake, but I'm scared he gets out and eat my lodger's cat 😛

Animals are spiffy 🙂. My favorite books are the dummies, and a whole lot of others *laughs*, but I love the reptile magizine. I'm more of a lizard/ turtle/ cat/ and bird person 🙂.
As for spiders.. Well I like them, but I'm very very very badly allgegic to them. So yeah

Same here lol. Im fine with small spiders but the big ones are too much for me. I leave them to my dad lol.
