Richard went to Justine's grave and set a rose on top of the headstone. "I'm sorry, I wanted to be your friend. I never wanted this." He said, saying a short prayer for her. "I'm going to find out what is really going on, and I'm going to put a stop to it."

she glared at him and went to her room

lance returned to his room and was practiceing new moves

she took out her sword and watched it change into a bow

Richard went to find Lance. When he found him he looked around to see if the Second Hand was near by. "Lance, I need you to help me find out what is going on with this tournament. The second hand is very suspicious. He made up all these crazy rules, and I'm sure he wanted me to die so you and Kai would be kicked out. But why would he go out of his way like that?" Richard asked, sounding paranoid.

she took out arrows and practiced her aim on a dart board

"i was wondering the same thing richard it is odd and we'll find whats up we'll take alook around in a little bit i need my foot to heal from that last fight and inuyashas ability to have such minor wounds to disappear is needed" lance said holding the tetsaiga

Richard nodded and sat down in a near by chair. He ran his hand over his hair and started to reflect on what he had done. "I have to find out what's going on. Maybe then I can repent." He thought to himself slowly.

"that is too bad about justine.... man you had no choice she wouldn't listen to reason and it was kill or be killed......i want to know that too but i will make him eat his words about me"

Richard nodded. "We'll show him. Won't we?" He said, sounding almost confidant.

"you have no idea......." lance said moveing his sword in a rythem

"Excellent. All is in place for my Ascendence. A fresh body, with a fresh brain." He stood over Justine's grave, he reached down and tendril lashed out of his hand and into the ground. They retreated back into his hand but moments later. He took up his blade and it glowed a deep green. "Justine is dead, as is Bass. Tsu is dead too. I am Zero."

((Me? I RPed on other forums and learned a darker sense. I simply had completely merged Bass and Tsu. This required a third brain or soul, freshly dead.))

Kai stood alone in the hall, she felt the eyes of the other contestants watching her. "I'm....I'm sorry Justine. Your were my friend, and I betrayed you."

"Yeah right you selfish b!tch!" a group of people with swords surrounded her. "You helped that Lance guy cheat. You knew what would happen you witch"

"No! No! I didn't, I swear!" Kai looked around at her attackers, frightened. "I swear I didn't! I just wanted to make the fight fair."

"The fight was fair!" a boy attacked her with his sword, and she baerly had time to denfend.

kris blocked all the attacks "dont touch her" she said glaring. the people gulped and put their wepons down

lance tackled him when he was walking out of his room "knock it off alof you or i'll use wind scar on all of you point black!!!!!!!" lance shouted

she pointed her arrow towards the guy who started the attacks
