Complete control over technology of any kind (which seems to include metals of all types.
Cyborg Supes has the obvious advantage that he is about as strong as Superman is, but Magneto has taken down some badass mofos before.

He always has to have some technological aspect. He can't take over someone's body, for example. Of course he's basically a conciousness so he could choose to just float around but I don't think he'll win any fights that way.

Not necessarily. No Tech involved.
Now, assuming this is earth, its even worse for mags. Without CIS, imagine what Borg could do? Cellphones all over the place. He could easily take over the worlds machines and destroy everything within minutes.

But just because he looked like Supes on the outside, doesn't mean he doesn't have some kind of tech inside running it. That's his whole deal after all, that he has to inhabit technology.BTW, that second scan is from Hunter/Prey, right?
