I think I may have misunderstood something. You seem to be saying you grew up in Japan and your culture is that of the Japanese. Even if that's the case, it doesn't really change anything. You see Japanese men reading mature things on the subway. That doesn't mean they're any more perverted than anyone else. Guys read stuff like that all over the world. They're just not as reserved about that sort of thing in Japan. But this is getting to be a debate about whether men are perverts or not. I'm sure there's a thread about that in length somewhere in KMC formums but this is supposed to be about whether or not watching hentai makes you a sick and demented person.

For having grown up in Japan, I'll compliment you on your English abilities though.

Actaully I have a Japanese pen pal that also says a majority of Japanese men are pervs.

onto the Hentai topic, I dont really care about it. I think it's nasty that someone would go out of their way to make cartoon porn, but in the end, I'd be outnumbered in that opinion. But some of you are overuling others in their opinions, talking as if they are the only ones that hold that same opinion, dont forget that there are indeed billions of other people in the world that have their thoughts on this thing.

Just because you like Hentai doesnt necesarilly make you a perv though, we are entitled to our own personal tastes in many different things, it's kind of a cultured thing. It also doesnt make a man seem like an animal.

Also I dissagree with Sai, yes you CAN judge people if you grew up in the same country, heck you probably do it everyday. You dont have to KNOW the culture to judge someone, thats like saying you have to get a part-time job the moment you turn 15, or you have to start driving when you're legible for a license.

Saying that men are perverted by nature...well it's possible, but we dont know the exact interests of all men in the world, heck for all we know EVERYONES perverted at some point in they're lives. Doesnt mean they watch some form of pornography.

OK, fine you can judge people but that doesn't mean you are right or that you are judging them fairly.
