The theme is supposed to present some difficulty, as Lana said, our usual submissions are more often depressive... we wanted to see if people could push their personal limitations and come up with something new.

It's cuz nobody bothers to read this... so they don't know about the contest thingy....

So why doesn't everyone who DOES know about it post about it in their own poetry threads or something?? Might make it more known...

And I think it's quite sad that people don't read the stickied threads....

i've pm'd....talked about it to a few threads on here and some on MSN, but they've come up with varying reasons as to why or why not!

Who cares? I think we all know that no-one has anything to top those two entries...Whoever wrote them must be incredibly intelligent, charming, witty, very handsome and no doubt they are both tigers in the sack, too...Oh, to live the dream of their lives...

Please note: The 'tiger' reference was not insinuating that they roar to together, but if they like it like that, that's OK, too...

I'm in agreement with you on that one. The flow of the words, the rhythm and cadence of each line so thoughtful and full of insight to the brilliant mind on display. It is a wonder that no one else has submitted. I myself am intimidated to enter!

And to add: quite possibly hung like a horse of course!

Oh! For the love of Jove! If those two poets are indeed males, they are most definitely well-endowered in the 'baby-arm' department. If they are female, I wouldn't dare say that their pert breasts caused many a traffic accident and their derrieres were the talk of the town. They strike me as the type who make women glide and men stagger. Just imagine the joy it must be to be them! Oh, the glory! The power! Forever! And Ever! Ahhhh, man...
