Whos' the most skilled Jedi?

Who's the best jedi knight/sith lord when it comes to power with the force, and light saber skill?

cuz IMO i thought it was like

1. Yoda with the force
2. Obi Wan with both
3. Vader/Anakin with both
4. Darth Maul with skill mainly, cuz i never saw him force choke ne1
5. then maybe like, Chancellor with light saber skill....

Dooku and Mace were pimps with the Lightsaber. Dooku was strong with the Force too, but Sidious is the Force guy, IMO.
