The Matrix had to be the most avid story to promote conservatism to date. Think about it..

For one, everyone and thier mother is packing atleast several guns..

Secondly, to leave the illussion you take the red (state) pill..

Third, they're OBVIOUSLY pro-Zion..

Fourth and foremost, though in a world of technology, they seem to rely on religous views, especialy that taught to them by thier precious Oracle..

Fifthly, they like dark dreary colours. Republicans tend to be kindof depressed..

Six (six six! 😈 ), Morpheus looks remarkebly simaler to Colen Powell..

And lucky seven, the crew tried to solve thier problems with hacks, kung-fu, and rehabilitation. Where as a liberal group would've tried to "negotiate" with the matrix. As the traitor sortof did if you remember from the first movie..
