I just watched 'Brainiac', and they tested this.

It does get your heart rate up, but it's not the equivalent of a work-out.

crybabyPlease dont tell me you prefer getting your heart rate increased my muscle rather than boobs...

Boobs are fine, don't get me wrong.

I guess it's the ideal workout. It gets your heart rate as active as I'd need.
