dude, anyone of these guys: PF, LT, or a True Beyonder could easily take out DC. The only problems would be Ganthet, Spectre, and Krona, but once they get rid of them DC's done for.

Ultimately it would come down to Marvel God vs. DC God. Everything is irrelevant.
