Palpatine's Red Guards

I just had a stupid thought... remember in AOTC when Palpatine had his red royal guards in his office guarding the area... where were they in ROTS when Anakin & Palpatine were talking about Anakin being on the council.. and during the Mace/Palpy duel??

Bc if they served no purpose there.. they served no purpose for Yoda to knock them down like dominos before the Yoda/Sidious duel... any thoughts???

Palpatine probably had them leave during the Anakin chat...but I think they should have been present for the Windu-Palpatine duel, unless Palpatine sent them away then too, knowing they'd be useless.
