.... does any one know what it's called or who its by?

Yeah, it's "Heaven Knows" by Squeeze. I ****ing love "Hackers", but the best track out of that movie was "Protection" by Massive Attack and Portishead, right when Crash finds Burn on the rooftop looking out on the city before they make the bet.
