You really shouldn't be so generous with the blanket statements about moderators, because you're mostly wrong. There's no favoritism, and regardless of who starts threads, if it's a duplicate, if it's offensive, and if it's unnecessary, it's going to get dealt with. No user is any better than the other, regardless of how well liked they are or how long they've been here. You guys may have had bad experiences with one, but their actions don't reflect that of the other almost 20 moderators on these forums. That's totally unfair to even suggest we're in league or something.

So, since we punish people for breaking the rules, are we supposed to reward them for not? It's an internet forum. We're providing the service by which YOU voluntarily participate in. Why should we "reward" people or following the rules like they're supposed to to begin with? That doesn't make any sense, because the forums are free to you, nobody made you sign up, and we're not getting anything in return from you?
I listen to everyone and ask for ideas. So, you could say that I care a lot. I take a lot of things to Raz personally, a lot of it just never comes to fruition for whatever reason.

I don't that is completely true... I notice people on the forum that haven't been banned.... infact I notice far more people who haven't been banned then vice-versa.
