Superman knocks off Juggy's helmet, Jonn Mindrapes him. Juggy's out of the game. Hulk better be really pissed. And Savage. Even then, he won't be too impactful.
Kryptonite Radiation would be enough to do away with the Man of Steel, and Manhunter isn't hanging in with these guys too long. This could very quickly become Lobo and Hal vs. Silver Surfer and Thor. Which could quickly become Silver Surfer vs. Hal Jordan.
this fight is gonna be rough. the only way i can see DC winning this is by keeping surfer distracted.
juggs and hulk are the non flyers. hal has to keep pitching them in orbit so that surfer will go after them. in the meanwhile jonn is confusing surfer (im not sure if jonn could mindrape him)
lobo and supes will pummel thor as hal attacks surfer as he's trying to retrieve his comrades whilst jonn works him over mentally.
lobo and supes wear down thor who is defeated after some planet wrecking blows are shared between the 3 of them.
surfer will be at the disadvantage of trying to save his teammates whilst being mentally and physically attacked. by now supes has entered orbit with lobo. and they knock juggs and hulk into the sun. if surfer tries to go after them, he will be at a further disadvantage. if he stays and fights its 4 on 1. and once jonn works over his mind teh rest can work over his body.
on the other hand, surfer could induce immediate kryptonite poisoning (as long as he knows what kryptonite is) or he can leech the sunlight from supermans cells. if GL stays in teh air, he can inhibit most of what surfer is doing, but supes will be weaked and fall prey to thor. thor and surfer can work over GL as lobo mixes it up with hulk and juggs. jonn will try his best to keep hulk ocupied mentally, but it prolly will fail once hes enraged.
in the end it will be jonnv the 4 of them and jonn will lose
u got to remember the surfer is the fastest of them all he can speedblitz supes with radiation and take him out then go after mm who wouldnt last long all while lobo is busy with hulk and juggernaut and thor handles hal
after all that lobo might still be up surfer would of taken mm out hulk would be out from the fight with lobo and hal would be knocked out by thor after a good fight so it would be 3 on 1 and lobo gets jumped
The way I see it, Lobo and Hulk are non-factors as they cannot fly and as stated could be thrown into orbit. Juggernaut is different (i might be mistaken here) as he can continue in motion even in air. This isn't a big advantage but keeps him from being completly useless. MM also isn't a big help as Juggernaut's helmet protects him, Thor has had at least centuries to train his body and mind against attacks (if batman can do it so can thor!), and surfer can use energy fields to protect himself (ala magneto). MM is a step lower in strength and fire can easly take him out. This really leaves SS and Thor vs Hal and Superman. While a long fight I give it to SS and Thor. They have majic and better energy manupliation.
The two keys here are Superman's vunerability to Silver Surfer's powers, and Juggernaut's the only one for-sure mindshielded against Martian Manhunter. So Juggy takes him, J'onn is forced to play intangible for awhile, Hulk only needs to occupy Lobo for long enough for the others to do their job. Surfer sucks the sunlight from Superman, it's over for him unless GL intercepts and fights him first, beacause Thor and Superman can go either way, and for a long time. Right matchups have Marvel side winning; longer odds for DC.

Surfer escapes this tactic, but still has a 4 on 1 bout and with a good fight where he pushes his limit goes down. During the fight Lobo gains immunity to the power cosmic and becomes the next best thing to undefeatable.

Thor would be able to escape as well.
Thor should probably throw Lobo into another dimension, to save the team some trouble.
