2)Splinter's a giant rat that learned from watching a samurai[ninja] (though his feats belie his training) and Batman can beat samurai[ninja].
3)The Ninja Turtles haven't faced stiff comp (Shredder, Battle Nexus, Triceratons, etc).
4)Fist of the North Star was an unbalanced anime (aside: Have you read the Manga?).

So tell me, in your opinion, who can beat Kenshiro, Raoh, Jagi, Toki, Champion, Splinter, Raphael, and Leonardo, one on one, using skill alone, hand to hand, to remove them from this list.

This is a comics forum. Manga are comics, they just happen to be in Japanese. Anime are cartoon adaptations of said comics.
Champion went hand to hand with Thanos and was outsmarted. I don't see Bruce going hand to hand with Thanos.
Splinter, Leonardo, and Raphael all have faced plenty of martial artist. I'm sure you've read their comics so I don't know why you'd make that statement.
