THESE ARE FACTS
Forgive me, Lord, for I am quoting wolverine8888.
Anyway. I looked up the synopsis of some of these comics.
Uncanny X-men #221: "However, neither of them notices Scrambler as he creeps up from behind and lays his hands on Havok's head. Scrambler causes Havok's power to surge out of control, destroying parts of the hospital and knocking Logan out in the process."
Looks like Havok's powers can indeed knock Logan out. Even when he's not controlling them himself.
Wolverine #149: "Logan walks into a Marvel Burger franchise after spending some quality time with the bad weather. Wolverine is dying of adamantium poisoning. Stripped of his mutant healing factor (and his other abilities) by the High Evolutionary Logan looks a little worse for wear. The two happy go lucky young dudes who serve him are Richard Rider aka Nova of the New Warriors and his friend Bernie. Richard immediatly recognizes who his customer is.
After finishing his coffee Logan leaves still contemplating how much he relied on his powers without realising. He makes his way to the Scrap yard that his imposter Skrullverine and Nightcrawler earlier visited (# 140). Logan makes his way, clumsily, inside. What he discovers is a whole heap of reanimated old robots and the responsible villain, the Reanimator.
Unknown to Logan he has been followed by Nova. The Reanimator belives that Logan is working with Nova and has a good go at wasting him. Logan gets grabed by a tentacled robot. In the nick of time Nova blasts in and starts taking apart some robots. Logan watches as Nova gets clobbered from behind.
With the situation getting worse Logan decides he needs his pig stickers. He pops out his claws (actually the admantium shells of the absent bone claws) and they tear open the back of his hands. Logan screams as he takes apart the robot holding him and a few more. Logan tells Nova to get help while he holds off all the reanimator's robots. Nova blasts off to get the rest of the New Warriors. Wolverine continues the battle trashing many robots. The Reanimator is now worried so he decides to activate some more robots to finish of Logan. It is only then that he discovers his mutant powers are gone too and that he cannot animate or stop any robots.
The New Warriors arrive and finish off the most of the robots and stop The Reanimator from fleeing the scene. Some of the robots have gone off on a rampage and Logan and the New Warriors tell the Reanimator to stop them. He explains that he cannot so the group go after them and trash 'em. The police arrive and The Reanimator is handed over as Logan makes his exit.
Logan returns to Marvel Burger for a chat with Nova before leaving to continue the quest to solve the mutant problem and save his own life."
I don't see anything about dodging anything moving faster than bullets. If anything, this comic shows just how much Wolverine RELIES on his powers to win battles.
I'm just saying.
