Why didnt Qui-Gon or Quinlan Vos notice each other while on Tatooine? They're both Jedi. Shouldnt they recognize? i mean they could have at least acted as if they know each other, maybe like "hi" or "wat are you doing?"

no its not photosoped that an actual pic. Thats not a scar on his face I think its like a tribal thing, like face painting of somthin.
