Editors : Good New British Band

Anyone like Editors, they are pretty good. they are a bit like Interpol but better, more melodic, touches of Ian Curtis in the lead vocals, touch of Coldplay and U2 and the Big Music hahaha..........

Anyone else like them?

theyre good but not better than Interpol
there's no touch of coldplay really, cos coldplay are godawful haha.

they sound very very similar to The Departure

bump, they deserve more than to sink off the page...
anyone who hasn't heard them and think they would from the description, i highly recommend them

Tom Vek is Ok, im not so sure about Boy Kill Boy they seem like bandwagon jumpers.

How about Battle? they are pretty good also.

the indie genre is saturated beyond help anyway, so why bother caring anymore?

I like a bit of originality, if a band changes their style of music just to fit in with whats currently succesfull in order to further their career that shows a lack of integrity. I think integrity within a band is essential. Or if a band just starts and copies other bands whats the point.
