when someone sends them to you left click on it a box will appear around it, then right click and press add.

yes Ive done that but is there some other way to add them?!? cause no one really send me different ones

You can download 'emotion packs' but they suck most of the time. or they can even cost money. try looking at www.mess.be there might be some on there don't know for sure if there are some on there though.
