For the record, affirmative action is a huge leap in the wrong direction for equal rights. Forcing employers to hire a certain number of people based on their skin is absolutely ridiculous, and it's even more ridiculous that it's possible for black people with inferior skills to get a job over a more qualified white person.
Whoever is BEST at the job should get the job, that should be the ONLY deciding factor. Until it is, equality will not exist.
