'cept in teh UK.
Brits are known for their good humor.

Non-brits don't care that much.

Anyways, good thing Niño lives in the US then.

Fine jr_v

Cool.

No one will know that.

They'll be like "Hey, it's that cool dude from that one movie!"

Not "Oh noez! He represents terroristic ideals!"

...which any self-respecting comic fan would have to point out to anyone wearing a V costume.

😉

...

Also, I just realized that building a lightsaber is f*cking hard, despite having detailed instructions. I need a new plan.

Flashlight + Translucent dildo = (mini)lightsaber on the cheap

They're actually sweet as hell, but it involves cutting metal with power tools and such. I have the tools, but between the work involved and my relative inexperience with this kind of thing, there's no way it would end up fitting together as nicely as it should (or at all 😮 ).

...

New ideas:
1. Kingpin (fatsuit?)
2. Batman (obvious but cool)
3. Tick (would need to be bought online...on-time delivery might be an issue this late).
4. Kim Possible ( 31 )

Yeah 😑

Guy must be an engineer or something. That or he's got a ton of free time.

My best suggestion would be to find a cheap one (the plastic kids toy) and then modify it.

For Tick you could just wear a mail bag and claim to be incognito 😏

Nah, it was build one or bust for me. I already have a plastic one, and don't really feel like trying to mod it....it wouldn't be nearly as cool anyway.

Actually, the backup plan to these backup plans is to go as an abstract concept (an idea I borrowed from an old Dino Comic). It could be pretty much anything, and I could throw it together in under an hour...I'd just have to make everything I'm wearing into a symbol.

Wearing a gray suit and making a fatsuit for myself out of duct tape and pillows might be hilarious, so Kingpin's a strong possibility.

Thanks Digi . If you're trying to get in shape, just pm and I'll give you some tips that should get you started on the right track.........

Oh. No, but thanks. I know how to get them....it just requires work, which isn't my strong suit with physical endeavor. I just stay relatively skinny and bike a lot, so I have endurance but not a huge physique.

Are you at the gym like ... all the time?

That physique would take no more than a high intensity two day split with core work on both days.

Timewise; it's very attainable assuming you weren't lazy.

Two day split?

Splits that hurt for two days I assume?

Time for a bump.

It's that time of year again. Post your embarrassing photos. Browse embarrassing photos from past years. Share musings about potential endeavors for this year.

Though I'd like to point out that if we were making teams from everyone we've been for Halloween, I'd be pwning you all (iirc). The Doctor and Thor head the list, and I'm considering trying to add Alan Scott to their ranks. The gauntlet is thrown, gents. Let's see who the first is to meet the challenge and dress as LT or something.

Some friends of mine and I are trying to organize a group costume thing, where we do characters from the awesome TV show The Venture Bros. That will fall through though, and Alan's the leading candidate for me, but won't be easy. So we'll see. It might not happen this year.
