He shares the spot at Marvel with the likes of classic Jugs (altho currently hes not a contender), Heracles and Thor, (raw strenght only here and i should include Sentry and She Hulk if she stays as of late as well).
So when does he gets on a higher spot you ask? Does he even?
Yes. Its in the -high end feats- category that he gets above those guys. They have tremendous feats of strenght, but the Hulkster ones are more...impressive/absurd/ridiculous/out_of_reality, you name it.

Superman post crisis and Hulk. They are on the same tier of strenght, with those Marvel guys i mentioned (Heracles and Thor exist in both universes) and others like : Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, Black Adam, Supergirl and it seems Power Girl is back on the top too.
High end feats? If you mean in continuity and strenghtwise Hulk has them. Pre crisis its another story.
In conclusion he -can- as rarely as it happens, get on a higher level. But he usually shares the place.
And all this talk its about Top tier heroes, dont get ideas about cosmics and the likes.

Professor Hulk as far as i know, since he couldnt get stronger via the anger, was the one who had as the base already cl 100 level.

being in the 100 ton class mean you can lift over 100 tons some characters classed in the 100 ton area have been able to lift way more then 100 tons just check out the hulk repect thread and you'll know what i mean.
just because they are classed in the 100 ton range doesn't mean their maximum strength is only 100 tons, and i see both charatcers are equal in strength the hulk can surpass superman's strength in a matter of moments, seconds or minutes depends on his adrenaline level.

Depends on which incarnation of Hulk. Savage Hulk can get WAY stronger than Post-crisis Superman. He doesn't have any limits to his strength.
Pre-crisis Superman had looney writers, so there really wasn't any limit to what he could do. At best, Hulk could match Pre-crisis Superman's strength.
But, considering the fact that Pre-crisis Superman isn't around anymore... 😖hifty:

Savage Hulk's base strength is higher than 100 tons too. He and Superman have relatively equal base strengths. Neither can really be quantified, but even at his base strength, Hulk is strong enough to move tectonic plates, which weigh a LOT more than 100 tons.
