I'll Wear Your Skin As A Suit .[Ran].
I wanted to spice this bio up a bit. Instead of just giving you a creator's view of him (since one such thing can change), I gave you an elderly woman's who knew him. This is her opinion on his personality and a bit of his history. I only had the creativity to do this for the two categories. I would've done it for the entire thing but I was lazy n.n; Just wanted to clear up any confusion there.

Little is known about the man you seek. He is a ruthless, cold killer. All will tell you that. Many years ago, the boy killed his own infant brother. The baby was found in the morning, cut open like a pig. What boy does such a thing? A monster. He feels nothing. No emotion. No regret. No sorrow. He is an abomination. A curse. A freak... He was such a nice boy too. You would have never expected such a small creature to turn into a demon like that. Each year he strikes this village. The coward strikes at the time when you are most caught off guard. Each year he takes us by surprise, and many a shinobi lose their lives by his hand. He does not attack like others. He uses not chakra. No, he is smarter than that. He uses his mind games, playing with a person until they break. He catches them into a cage of questions, a labyrinth with no exit but a bloody death. He is a showman. Each life he takes he ruins the body as well. He hangs them, tears off their faces... Yet, he can make them as beautiful as birth. He knows how to get people to fear him. He knows how to snatch a person's very heart and crush it beneath his hands. He knows the pain and suffering one goes through and uses it to push at them. One has no idea what corrupts this boy, all people who knew him have died. Except one girl he seems to spare year after year. This girl fled our village recently, saying that she could not help us, and perhaps he sought after her. Her name is Suzume. She is a very beautiful girl. We once used her as bait to lure the boy in, but all failed. He convinced the men of our village to let her go, and instantly killed them. He is a dangerous snake. Many people believe he is possessed by a demonic spirit. But not I. That boy is a plague of Death. If death is truly what you seek, find him...

You wish to know more do you? Very well. I am an elderly fool, not much can be said about the poor soul we lost so long ago to that darkness. He was born to a young healing maiden, dubbed Mizuki for her love of the moon. As gentle as she was, she fell victim to a rape when she just turned 16. A young mother and a torn virgin, she had no way of raising her child. When she gave birth to him, we noticed his eyes. They were white. Not completely white, but his pupils seemed drowned in them. He was given to another woman to be raised. Asuka was such a nice woman, passing down everything to her son. Ran was the happiest child. He looked up to the ninja whom protected our village so bravely. Constantly he would accompany Asuka's husband, Akio, to the crashing of the waterfall, peering into the waters to spot potential threats. This boy grew up too fast I'm afraid. A tragic raid tore Akio's life away, and Mizuki - for Ran knew by now Asuka was not his real mother - was slaughtered by a violent man. His name escapes me, but perhaps that is for the best. Ran dedicated himself to protecting Asuka. She had become pregnant right before Akio was killed and the jealousy and neglect Ran felt built up inside. He no longer smiled as much and withdrew from everyone. After that, he betrayed his sensei, killing him in cold blood on a mission to drive out foreign ninja from our territory. All I can tell you now is that he became a monster soon afterward. Now if you do not mind, I am weary. Do not ask me to speak of this monster again. If you want answers to your questions, ask him. If you live that long, of course...

The girl Suzume will be roleplayed by me in some scenes but not many. She doesn't play much of a role in Ran's plot.

History: Lee graduated from the Ninja Academy by only using Taijutsu, as he was born without any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu talent. With his sensei's[Might Guy] guidance, he has become a master of Taijutsu.
Other: With the recovery of his shattered arm and foot, Lee has trained night and day to become better than Sasuke Uchiha, who appeared to have copied his speed during the Chuunin Exams when Lee was 13.

Village: Her village was once the Sand village. She has no village now.

Current health: Some scrapes and bruises, nothing serious. She has enough food to last her a couple more days.

Previous teams: Once part of her villages’ top teams, she was accused of murder and left them. She is on the run.
Personality: Usagi loves to flirt, but she is dead serious when it comes to her loved ones. She got her flirtatious side from her mother, who was the most beautiful woman in her village. She is one to keep her word, and hates to fight. She is gentle and kind.
Appearance: Silver hair with bright red eyes. She has on dark pants with holes in them(her whole outfit is black) The rest is in the picture (no sword.)picture
History: When Usagi was a young girl, around 6 or 7, people always told her that she should have been named Akako, red, because of her eyes. Her mother always told them she had her reasons for naming her Usagi, moon. Her father was a talented Jounin who wanted Usagi to follow in his footsteps. She entered the academy. She was talented in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, and failed horribly at Taijutsu. When graduating, her teachers all told her to become a Medical Nin. This brought poor Usagi to the conclusion that she would never become a great ninja like her father. But she proved them all wrong. She became a great ninja until the incident occurred.
It was like any other day, her team was coming back from a mission, when suddenly her teammate, Kisho, was killed. The village blamed Usagi for the murder of the talented ninja and was going to execute her; but no. One night, she slipped out carefully and quietly not making any noise. She erased all trace of herself before running from her village.
Other: Her current location is on the boarder of Konoha.
Style of fighting
She uses wind as her weapon. She carries two regular sized fans with her at all times. The skeleton is made of steal, while the paper is dark blue with five dots on each fan. Now, two regular sized fans isn't much of a weapon, but she can make them each the size of a medium sized sword. And of course, she can put chakra into her attacks.
Summoning Jutsu:
Usagi has a signature jutsu that requires a lot of chakra. In blood, she draws one circle on each fan. She is then able to summon a medium sized Coyote. (Coyote because it is said to howl at the moon. Usagi meaning 'moon' I just thought it fit in well.) The coyote is able to electrocute an enemy.

Usagi crouched on a tree branch. She was concealed by the shadows. She starred at Konoha, her ‘sanctuary’. Her new life. She frowned, remembering why she had come here in the first place.
Flashback
It was like any normal day, Usagi, Kisho and her other teammate were coming back from a mission. It was dusk when they were ambushed. They fought hard and long, but in the end, her two teammates were killed. She believes that the ambushers were ninja from the Waterfall village.
The Anbu came a short while later, and found Kisho and the other teammate dead. Usagi had blood all over her, and the ambushers were nowhere to be found. The Anbu immediately took her into custody for a week. Then, a week later, the judge found her guilty for two murders.
To escape the death sentence, she fled her village and erased all traces of herself.
End flashback
It brought tears to her eyes as she thought about her gory past. She had never seen so much blood spilled in her life. She rested on the trunk of the tree and slowly drifted off into a deep sleep.
*It was night time in Konoha, and Lee was making his usual rounds across the village. He stopped occasionally to look at something or to grab a cup of Ramen.
Another ninja came over to him* "Alright Lee, your time's up. You can go now."
*Lee did so, running off to his old training spot in a small clearing inside the village. The trunk he used for punching and kicking practice was almost reduced to nothing. Most the bark had been broken off from the series of kicks and punches at it.
Lee took one kick at it and a huge chunk of bark broke off and fell below his feet. He sighed unhappily and continued kicking.*
"If I cannot do 1,000 kicks, then it is 2,000 punches."

Sakura was walking around Konoha, bored as ever. Tsunade had told her to take a break from her lessons, which of course was good, but bad. It was good because she would have time to herself, but bad because she didn't have anything to do. It was getting fairly dark, and the only thing that was a source for light was the moon.
While walking around, she heard something that sounded like punches and kicks.
'Must be that Lee.' she said sighing. She turned a corner, and there he was as she expected, training.
"Lee-san, you should really take a break. If you push your body past it's limits, who knows what might happen!" she said walking over to him.
Lee kept kicking, replying as he did "I cannot quit, Sakura-kun. It is my dream to show the entire world I can become a splendid ninja by using only Taijutsu. I must train night and day so that my training doesn't fall behind or lose focus."
He stopped to take in a few breaths and to continue talking "Don't you remember, back during the Chuunin Exams, when that Sand Ninja, Gaara, almost killed me? That was my fault. I wasn't able to train myself to get passed that one moment.." Lee began to remember, after he had used the Hidden Lotus, Gaara wrapped sand around his left hand and foot, then muttered the words "Sand Coffin". After that, all Lee felt was pain in his arm and foot.
When he noticed tears were streaming down his face, Lee quickly tried to wipe them away so Sakura couldn't see.
