He looked down at Kankuro. His eyes blackened, he looked back up at the moon. Kankuro would prefer Gaara never showed up. He was just looking for him for the sake of the village. Kankuro was frightened of him. Everyone was. But he didn't care. Deep down he disliked Kankuro. And Temari. And everyone. He sat on the edge of the building, his back to the rest of the village. Then a dog crept up to his leg. The dog was a dirty old thing. It's tongue waggling around. It was a friendly creature. He looked down at the dog and stared at it with a blank expression. At first the dog hesitated, but then barked happily and ran around in circles. He held his hand out, with a sadistic smile, and the dog came to him. He patted his head, then his back. Then scratched the dog's neck. "You're not afraid of me are you?" He asked the puppy, with a light voice that was barely a whisper. Then it hit him. "He" was trying to take hold. It was moonlight, how could he have forgotten? He let go of the dog and grabbed his head. It was as if someone was blaring loud screams into his ears, his head throbbed so bad. He screamed and got up, walking almost like a zombie, a way from the edge of the wall. The dog got nervous and backed up, then barked angrily.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" He screamed in anguish. Then it stopped. His hands fell to his side and his head hung downward. The dog approached him yet again. He smiled as the dog licked his hand. The canine thought "He" was gone. But not quite. The dog didn't see the cork of the Gourd shoot off. Sand began to spill around him. It hit the ground and the sound of it hitting was nerve-racking. The dog still barked happily. He didn't see the sand create a replication of him. The sand version's arm was longer and sharper than the original. He smiled wickedly as the dog was distracted. The sand replication swung it's massive arm.
The blood of the dog was splattered on the wall. Gaara looked at it with a sadistic smile. Then the sand reentered the gourd, and he walked off.
