(Naruto's knocked out, so I guess I don't have to worry about him...)

Uchiha Itachi. Hidden in the foliage of the trees, Yuhi watched Itachi. [He's a dangerous one. I wonder if Sasuke knows about his brother being here. Not that it matters. Itachi has Naruto, and that is potentially dangerous.[/i] Silently moving from his place, Yuhi began to pursue Naruto's captor. Although he knew the peril he would put himself in, he had to save his friend. There was no time to get help, but perhaps...... Kakashi-sensei should be nearby. Naruto was with him when I left the shop. Falling behind Itachi, but keeping him within sight, Yuhi unwrapped the bandages from his left arm. As he unwound them, it became apparent that there was a tattoo on his forearm. Biting the thumb of his right hand, Yuhi used the blood to steak the symbol. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!" He stated, as quietly as possible, trying to to draw attention to himself. There was a puff a smoke on the tree branch before him, and a large hawk appeared. "Yuhi, it has been a long time since you summoned me." "Not now, Takano. I have a message for you to give to Hatake Kakashi. Tell him to follow you, and lead him back to wherever I am." "Aye." With a flap of his great wings, Takano was airborne, flying towards Kakashi. Yuhi stuffed the bandage into his pocket, not taking the time to hide the mark on his arm. Hurry, Takano. All I can do for now is follow him.

Takano flew over Kakashi and the Ninken. He cried harshly, and dived toward the ninja.

Kankuro stood in the trees, arms crossed, laughing. Slowly making his way to the forest floor, he purseued Itachi, just to see what was going to happen. 'As long as I say hidden,' He thought, 'I won't have to worry about being attacked.' And with that thought is his head he took off.

The group of Ninken were fast on the tail of Itachi. Each large dog jumping over any obstacle including that of Kankuro. Each Ninken dashing past him towards the assigned scent. Kakashi was keeping his distance from the Ninken totoally overpassing Kankuro as he stopped quietly. Staring up at the hawk he awaited the creature extending his arm for the bird to land. Kakashi already knew that the bird wasn't going to harm him, he could tell by it's nature. Feet planted, he was not in Kankuro's initial area as the Ninken continued there pursuit.

(Hey, didn't complete my character form before for this reason:

Bio: 'Yuhi' is a false name. Five years ago, 'Yuhi' went into hiding, following his deceased mother's final wish. His real given name is Kyouji, his family name Uchiha. Neither of which have been used since he left the Village of Hidden Leaf five years ago(he was 11, now he's 16).
When the massacre of the Uchiha clan began, Kyouji's mother, Tamara hide him in the cellar before she herself was murdered. Before she left him, Tamara told her son to "Hide now, and fight another day. In the name of our family, do this for me." Although his body was never found, everyone believes him dead.
Kyouji emerge from the cellar after Itachi had tormented Sasuke, thus he believed himself the only one left. Fearing that he would be thought the murderer, Kyouji left the Village that night and only just returned a few months past.
Using a secret ninjutsu, Kyouji has changed his appearance slightly. He returned to Konohagakure no Sato after learning that Sasuke was a live. Though he has returned, he has yet to reveal his identity to anyone.
Although he is part of the Uchiha clan, and 16, he is unable to use the Sharingan as of yet.)

(In fact, to make this story more interesting, Kyouji is Uchiha Shisui's little brother. Shisui was Itachi's best friend, whom he killed in order to activate the Mangekyô Sharingan. For this, Kyouji is distrustful of Itachi, and hates him.
Shisui was considered one of the most talented of the Uchiha clan, he was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker". Kyouji on the other hand still cannot use Sharingan, being that it has not activated itself yet. It is somewhat ironic, and Itachi may ridicule Kyouji about this, that such a talented person would have a brother like Kyouji.)

Continuing to follow Itachi, Yuhi (until he's revealed, then I'll continue to call him that) tried to calculate the best way to deal with the situation, If Kakashi-sensei does not get here soon, I will have to do something. Itachi is headed towards the border and once he crosses it, we can do nothing. I can do very little against Itachi. The Mangekyô Sharingan prevents eye contact..... What would Shisui do? Not paying attention, Yuhi over stepped the branch he aimed for and fell. His fall was stopped as he landed hard on the branch some twenty feet below, but not before he broke the silence. Dammit. Itachi must have heard the distrubance and my landing. Hoping that he hadn't, Yuhi continued his pursuit.

Kankuro was still moving fast and silent, looking around he thought he heard something... but soon dismissed the thought. He was becoming curious about what was going on. "Heh, if Gaara stumbled upon Itachi he would've killed him... I didn't... why?" He thought to himself. Narrowly smacking his head on a branch he dismissed the thought and continued his pursuit of Itachi... unknown to him was that Kakashi was doing the same. "Where are you going Itachi?" He said to himself, continuing his pursuit.

Itachi was nearing the border, too fast for Yuhi's liking. I'm going to have to interfer. Kakashi hasn't caught up yet, and at the rate Itachi's going, he'll have Naruto across the border in minutes. Speeding up, Yuhi cut the distance between his cousin and himself in half. As he ran, Yuhi pulled out a Fuuma Shuriken and Taka. I can't make you feel as much pain as our family did, cousin. My skill is nowhere near yours nor my brother's. But I can try to stop or at least hinder you until Kakashi gets here. Running to the left of Itachi and slightly behind, Yuhi threw Taka, allowing the blades to spin past the murderer of the Uchiha clan. His motive was not to hit the target, for him might kill Naruto, but to stop him with the chain. "Uchiha Itachi....." Yuhi now stood on a branch in front of Itachi, his eyes on his cousin's hands.

Itachi; starts speeding up and see the border coming up really fast,then eventually i get closer to it.

The border was indeed front of Itachi as well as a group of six Ninken. Sitting just beyond them was a familar silver-haired jouning with a large hawk on his arm. The Ninken immediately went to work barreling straight for Itachi. Each one leaping then vanishing towards a differen't locatioin. This was mainly a tactic for confusing. Once they latched onto him his speed would be reduced to slim to none. The dogs were rather heavy yet would move fast as the silver-haired jounin rose. Dusting off his vest with one hand he would continue to hold the hawk on his arm. "Well, it's not polite to keep someone waiting. Could you believe i've been here a whole five minutes?" As he was speaking a large Ninken lunged for Itachi's right kneecap.

"Naruto!" Yuhi leapt down to stand beside Kakashi. The large hawk leapt from the masked ninja's arm to the boy's shoulder. "Thank you Takano. Kakashi-sempai, is it wise to attack Itachi when he holds Naruto captive?" In his hand, the genin still held the chain to Taka, which was half buried in a tree trunk just behind Itachi.

Itachi: had just crossed the border and vanished from sight.

(Dude, you are making this really difficult and annoying. Itachi wouldn't run unless there was no other way. And at some point you have to play along with other ppl. Not just yourself. Twice have other characters stopped Itachi only to have you say that it never happened.)

(Following the three rules of Naruto when in a fight with a better opponent:

1) panic - check
2) get serious
3) win, absolutely!

Groaning, Naruto shook his head. It felt like everything was spinning, and that he had no control of it. The jolting of Itachi's gait did not help. In fact, it caused Naruto's head to hurt more. And the tape on his most impeded on his breathing. Opening his eyes, Naruto saw Kakashi and Yuhi running towards him. "Huh? What's going on?" Turning his head, Naruto, with great difficulty, saw the back of Itachi's head. Looking straight back at his friends, Naruto tried to sort out the situation. There was smoke, and then the masked man took me away and knocked me out..... Though his hands were bond to his sides, Naruto stretched to reach his kunai. Almost there....almost....got it! With the kunai in his hand, Naruto began to saw at his bindings, slowly cutting them. Within minutes, he was free and fell face first into the dirt. "Ow! Ow! Ow!" His feet still bound, Naruto had to let Yuhi help him up.

As Yuhi helped Naruto to his feet, Takano snapped at the rope binding his feet, freeing the genin at last. Itachi, though now across the border did not have his hostage.

Itachi: had noticed that naruto was gone. "damn, how'd that runt get loose!" i yell as i vanish and appear where naruto is and glares at his rescuer.

Kankuro sat against a high tree branch, watching the scene below him. "This is rather starting to get amusing." He pulled out his trusty marionette... Karasu, and began to do his work. Moving Karasu behing a tree, he looked over at the ninja... they did not seem to notice a thing. Smiling, he pulled the strings tightly... making Karasu move swiftly towards a new hiding place. He sat back and waited to see what would happen next.

I believe Naruto has just been freed by Yuhi. Itachi is going to fight soon. Kankuro is watching. And I have no clue where Gaara is (you). Basically, Naruto has just been freed from Itachi, but Itachi came back and wants to fight them. Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, I guess that's all of it... if anyone else wants to post something... go right ahead.

Looking straight at Itachi(well, not his eyes), Yuhi stood in front of Naruto who held back. The blonde genin was shocked to find this situation so much like Sasuke's encounter with his brother. There was the same under lying tenseness, and a desire to spill blood.
His green eyes on his cousin's hands, Yuhi spoke. "After so many years you return, Itachi. Five years since that massacre. I have but one question for you, why?"
