Appearance: His black hair is long enough to be tied back, but still falls into his green eyes. Height is about 5'6". Black shirt, white shorts, bandages on lower half of both arms and hands. Wears his amulet(or that's what they called it in the anime, it's the bandana thing...) on his upper arm.
Personality: He's not very friendly with most people, and seems very wary of Sasuke. Friendlist with Naruto whom he treats like a kid brother. He's usually seen sitting in a tree thinking. Quite serious and smart, one would think that he would fit in with the genius crowd, but he doesn't. When with people, he's most often seen with the slackers (people that Naruto was friends with in school).
Other: If he has enough Chakura he is able to summon birds and, like Sasuke, he is able to use the Thousand Bird technique (rarely ever used due to danger of it), he knows the basics and some of the more advanced jutsu (which I will not list at this time).
Biography: 'Aoi' is a false name. Five years ago, 'Aoi' went into hiding, following his deceased mother's final wish. His real given name is Kyouji, his family name Uchiha. Neither of which have been used since he left the Village of Hidden Leaf five years ago(he was 11, now he's 16).
When the massacre of the Uchiha clan began, Kyouji's mother, Tamara hide him in the cellar before she herself was murdered. Before she left him, Tamara told her son to "Hide now, and fight another day. In the name of our family, do this for me." Although his body was never found, everyone believes him dead.
Kyouji is Uchiha Shisui's little brother. Shisui was Itachi's best friend, whom he killed in order to activate the Mangekyô Sharingan. For this, Kyouji is distrustful of Itachi, and hates him. It also contributes to the fact that he's wary of Sasuke, he worries that his cousin is turning out to be like his brother.
Shisui was considered one of the most talented of the Uchiha clan, he was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker". Kyouji on the other hand still cannot use Sharingan, being that it has not activated itself yet. It is somewhat ironic, and Itachi may ridicule Kyouji about this, that such a talented person would have a brother like Kyouji.
Kyouji emerged from the cellar after Itachi had tormented Sasuke, thus he believed himself the only one left. Fearing that he would be thought the murderer, Kyouji left the Village that night and only just returned a few months past.
Using a secret ninjutsu, Kyouji has changed his appearance slightly. He returned to Konohagakure no Sato after learning that Sasuke was a live. Though he has returned, he has yet to reveal his identity to anyone.
Although he is part of the Uchiha clan, and 16, he is unable to use the Sharingan as of yet. Currently, he is concealing himself with the secret jutsu which allows him to change his appearance, and is under the name of Kira Aoi.

Recap
Hyuga Q and I began to RP, this is a recap of what has so far occurred. We have also been filling in for various unclaimed characters (Shikamaur, Sakura & Tenten):
We are introducing all of the characters.
Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke are waiting for Kakashi so that they can begin training. Sakura just asked Sasuke what he thinks of their sensei being late.
Naruto: "Where is Kakashi-sensei?"
Sakura: "Late as usual. Sasuke-kun, what do you think?"
Chouji and Shikamaru are in the restaraunt, Chouji's eating.
Choji: "That is MY plate Shikamaru!"
Shikamaru: "You have many more, Chouji. I took just one of the many. Besides, I will be paying for some of your meal. We have practice."
Tenten and Neji were sparring, but Tenten is about to go practice with Lee. Aoi (my made-up) just challenged Neji.
Neji: "You're moves are too predictable."
Tenten: "It's not that my moves are too predictable, it's that you are a Genius!"
Kira Aoi watched from the concelment of a nearby tree. This one is quite talented. But one could expect that from a Hyuga clan member. It would be quite interesting to fight against him.
Neji: "Maybe you'd be better off sparring with Lee-San."
Tenten: "I'll make contact yet Neji!" (later) "Maybe you were right, Lee-san is definitely closer to my level."
Aoi: Hmph. Figures. The boy is a natural at his clan's moves. I'm tempted to test him myself. Dropping out of the tree, Aoi landed on the stone wall and looked at Neji. "It seems you lack an equal opponent." (acknowledges that Choji may be able to see through his jutsu, thus knowing his identity)
Sakon is by himself in the forest.
