From what I can tell, Chaosbark will win not matter what. Chakrastrings is the only one yet to vote, thus Chaos receives the character of Itachi. (With only one vote remaining to be cast, Raven will not be able to win)

Recap:
Sakura was about to beat Naruto up when Kakashi showed up. He announced that he is going to test his students with the bell game to see how much they have learned.
Chouji and Shikamaru are in the restaurant, Chouji's eating. Ino just showed up.
Aoi and Neji were in the middle of a fight, when they were interrupted by the appearance of Zabuza and Haku. Neji believes that the Hidden Mist ninjas and Aoi are part of a group that has come to ambush Konoha
Sakon is still by himself in the forest.
Kankuro is also alone in the forest.
Kabuto knows who Aoi really is, and is planning to speak to Orochimaru soon.

Shikamaru merely shrugged as Ino approached and shifted so that she could sit down.
The ever so ominous silent step, giving off the impression that one was not trying to draw attention to themselves. Yet, once more another’s footsteps along side the quiet one’s stride giving off that they need not mind confrontation. Reflected along the river side edge would be the cloak of one along with the brief flap of black fabric. The sunlight was still bright and unforgiving along each one’s back. One of their voices continuously dictated this fact relentlessly on the other. “Itachi, this damn sun just won’t let up. Let’s get to Konohagakure and get a drink or something. Or at lea—“The other’s cold voice would sound out immediately silencing the first one. “Silence, we only have but a few minutes before we reach the boundaries of Konohagakure, then we will need to be on guard. It’s as simple as that Kisame.” The other who had spoken first, Kisame would grow quiet now as their footsteps found themselves in Konohagakure now. By passing Hidden Leaf boundary guards they would be moving for the village now to complete their mission. Itachi’s thoughts did not drift towards the horrible acts committed almost say six or seven years ago, somewhere near that time span. A whole clan wiped out saves for his oh so dear brother. He really and truly did not have any recollection that yet another Uchiha could have survived the ordeal. Most likely it would be true though, seeing as he didn’t really focus on picking every last one of his fellow people off. Only the ones that were committing him in combat would he raise a finger too. Well, that wasn’t all too true seeing as he had killed more being caught in the moment. Now, he and his partner were on a mission assigned by the Akatsuki. Retrieve the Jinchuriki currently holding the Kyuubi or Nine-tailed demon fox so that it may be extracted. The identity of the personage had already been revealed to be Uzumaki Naruto. “Uzumaki Naruto...” Kisame would blink once rearranging the large sword across his back as his partner had spoke again. “Yeah, you see him or something?” Wine optics would quietly rise towards no where really in particular before responding. “No, but it will be rather soon when we meet them. Be on your guard Kisame as they might not welcome me again.” Kisame would look around not noticing any persona rather worth taking any alarm over before seeing that Itachi had simply vanished into thin air. “Where in the hell?” Turning Kisame would head in the opposite direction that he had considered the direction that Itachi was now traveling. Eyes rising would spot what appeared to be a genin, though he knew otherwise.
Kabuto had been quietly moving towards the center of the village in order to buy food then he would contact Orochimaru. Though, now he had what seemed could arise as a problem or a rather decent mode of distraction. If it were to work in his favor then his disappearance would not be noted of. Kisame was a threat to be concerned of but the real one would be his traveling companion. Uchiha Itachi, one of the three remaining here in Konohagakure. Had they all really moved to this location? That would be a reunion that he Kabuto would be pained to miss as he raised his spectacles. Lips slowly contorting into a grin he would give the nukenin a nod lavender locks moving with him. “Kisame, it has been quite a while. It’s rather nice to see you again but I must be going.” Kisame would blink before responding in his own manner. “You’re going to go see Orochimaru aren’t you?” Kabuto would stop while he turned on heel quietly before looking around. “Possibly, possibly not seeing as all that depends on if you provide a worthy distraction.” Kisame would shrug that response off as he continued moving towards the direction first stated. Kabuto would only see this letting out a small laugh. “If you are looking for Uzumaki then it would be best that you travel in the opposite direction. Itachi will most likely find him before you. If you proceed in that direction then I hope you don’t mind facing two genin. An Uchiha and Hyuuga, not very much to you I suppose.” Kisame would laugh now bent on moving towards the implied direction completely oblivious to his mission. A fight was to be started and he would have a blast doing it.

They are merely ninjas from the village of Mist, here to compete in the exam. Now were you going to attack or not?" Aoi stopped and looked over his shoulder. He could have sworn that someone had been there. Well, whomever it had been was gone.

There was someone at the end of the courtyard again. Turning quickly, Aoi saw the shark-like Nukenin. Looking him over, Aoi tensed. He wore a ring.....Just like that murderer. What did this missing ninja want. "Go away Shark-ninja." Aoi could feel his hackles rising. The inner force had awoken.
