Hulk vs. Praetor of the Imperial Guard aka GLADIATOR II

Remember this is the guy who tossed the juggernaut with no problem unlike the hulk who has had a hard time with the Jug.

Anyways....

Both have Class 100 strength but I have to give GLADIATOR II the edge.

Lets look at his Powers and Abilities:

superhuman strength, speed, endurance, reflexes, and resistance to physical injury, create high-velocity arctic winds from his mouth, thermoscopic optical beams, x-ray vision and flight.

How can the hulk compare with someone just as strong as he is and also someone who's resistant to physical injury. He could create an arctic wind, freeze the Hulk just long enough for him to blast him to bits with his optical beams.

what exactly would glads do in a rematch that he DIDN'T do in their first fight . . .?

Gladiator wouldvewon that fight against the Hulk the first time but Hulk ****ed up his mind with a thunderclap literally ontop of his ears giving him serious trauma. Otherwise Gladiator wouldve recked him.

and he TRIED the speedblitz tactic, cc. you mean punch him at superspeed, or dodge attacks? that's always been an issue with glads -- he's never SHOWN he can do this. everyone knows he can fly fast, but he hasn't shown the ability to FIGHT at superspeeds.

True, but that's the problem with many of Marvel's superspeed possessors.
