I first saw him when Magik of the New Mutants ruled limbo. He's got a bad ass personality and makes a great friend even though you can't trust him worth a dime. He's a better character than Sabertooth.
I don't know what he did to anyone except Magik. He was always trying to kill her and she was always punishing him for it. It was hilarious.

Logan was defeated by S'ym twice I think. Logan actually wanted to avoid a confrontation with S'ym.
