They are called as being Japanese gods (war god), in the story.

Also, Gaea isn't exactly on Spectre's level, though she did indeed have a very impressive encounter with him, in Ostrander's series. But Spectre is establised to be beyond pantheons/elder gods.

She's also implied to be more powerful than Cronus, who was able to take over all creation under his own power (the godwave was a different thing).

And on top of that, she engineered the defeat of Shattered God, a being born before the big bang who was remaking creation.

And while your efforts are appreciated, i do disagree on a few of your interpretations, though im not going to get into that.

We often see the first scans of Superman getting knock by the axe swing into space, what it has been missing is the context of the axe.

That axe can cut between dimensions.

Supes is using his Heat Vision to get the foe off of him.

Supes shoots a beam of low-intensity Heat Vision at the Moon. People in the watch tower was blinded except for Plastic Man cause sense he had shades on. The Moon is very far from Earth, this shows the range Supes Heat Vision has.

In this pic it shows that Supes Heat Vision stated by them, "his vision is off the charts by any standard scientific measures". They can measure how hot a star is, but they cannot measure the temp of Supermans Heat Vision.

In this pic his power is waning under a red sun, but he still summoned enough Heat Vision to successfully power Jor-ELs planet-moving ion engines. The in this case had a mass 16 times that of Earth's.

Superman can also blind his opponent or just lobotimize his foe with Heat Vision. If he was fighting to kill without holding back there's no telling what he'll do.

Here's proof that Supes is light speed, and is far faster than any DBZ/GT character.

The sun eater was considerably larger than a star, had been in existence for millenia and had consumed the energy of many stars by travelling from galaxy to galaxy. I know this has been posted before, but I just want to mention a few facts about this.

Peter David was the writer for the Hulk for 12 years, there are few people who will be as versed as Peter David in the matters of Hulk.

So by the time the interview was conducted, Hulk was on his Professor persona and Superman on his Byrne Era. On 12 years Peter David explored the Hulk personas LIKE NO ON ELSE.

So, the opinion of Peter David although an opinion is in many ways more valuable than the opinion of the fanboys running around online.

And while I disagree that Hulk is stronger, because that is debatable I can live with Peter David saying that PRE DOS Superman it has too many options to beat the Hulk.

Also notice How Jurgens basically says that Superman will defeat the Hulk in hearth beat.

Its common sense.
