First off, Goku would need to have someone he knew on Saturn to be able to teleport to them. Secondly, Goku cannot fight while doing the transmission. It will not aid him in battle, other than getting away quickly.
Wrong, Goku can do IT without much concentration anymore (unless it requires him to transmit to another dimension or physical plain)
Although not technically canon, Goku in movie #6 uses IT against Cooler. (Cooler also uses it). And he uses it like his regular speed (except faster) Even Vegeta cannot see them moving.

When has Goku ever teleported to a place without a KI source?

Nice one. You've inspired me to add some more.
Here is a cool speed feat from Action Comics #835. Louis Lane was shot on the other side of Metropolis but Supes heard the gun shot and blocked the bullet before it hit her.
Supes is the f*cking man.

Small spoilers-
That wasn't a future version of Superman. It was actually the version from "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow", which was a non-canon end to the Silver Age Superman.
Technically, he was fighting an incarnation of the Silver Age Superman, which goes to say a great deal about Superman's strength and durability.
