of course, i agree about the lex part...

Theres been a lot of talk about a anti-matter blast taking him out, any examples when supes has resisted the effects of such a attack.

is it the same with WW , they have been called equals aswell and sometimes she is refered to as 2nd , is it becasue of her powers magical heritage that she is even that close to him in hierachy?

would that make her a physially superior(in speed strength durabilty) match for superman than CM and BA

wonder woman is a different kettle of fish, to be honest... she's arguably faster, arguably as strong and she's a superior fighter... they do train together alot, so it helps them hone their skills in their own way...

it's her durability that can be lacking at times, but she's still top drawer... her magic abilities are rarely played up as much as marvel's, from what ive seen, though...

she does have some decent speed ones and strength ones, and several times when she and clark have fought she has held her own...

Personally I think he's a lot faster and stronger, in terms of h2h speed I say he smokes her since he was stated as fighting at supersonic speed. She has the edge over MA but the dude has used preasure points and applied MA to a degree that is comparable to elite MA's.

On that note, can someone plz tell me if Supes can take a anti-matter blast..that Blackbolt argument is pissing me off now since I know he can take it.

"ok understandable but what i was thinking since sentry has the ability to manipulate sun energy and what not(if thats not correct plz explain why not)then why could he not drain superman or simply redirect the energy superman is getting so it doesn't flow into him leaving superman powerless if you know what im saying"

While she is prolific in regards to speed and strength feats, she cannot even hope to match the volume or quality of Superman's.

Not to mention his clear advantages in power versatility and durability.

Diana's equalizers are skill and magical weapons. Ignoring those, she's solidly second or third-rung.

Antimatter? Child's play.

In Action 841 he took an explosion with enough antiparticles to destroy the Earth.

In Superman 665 he took blasts of positrons to no noticeable effect - not so much as a grunt.

Sentry hasn't shown very great or precise control of solar energy - so it's really speculation more than anything.

Further, Superman has been drained of sunlight, and likewise has resisted the draining, so it's a bit up in the air.

It happens when you have as many showings as he does; you get some contradictory showings.
