Alpha Flight #61-AF is having an inqusition trial with the Canadian government and they are deciding what they should do to the team. The entire world is watching, from the Avengers (Marrina a former Alpha Flight member is with Namor), X-Men and the Fantastic Four. It's a really good read. I'm not going to indepth what happens, since you should pick it up for yourself.

Alpha Flight #61- After Vindicator refuses any funds from the government; Box and her storm out of the room. Jeffries is worried that they won't be able to survive without the support of the government funding them. However, Heather has a trick up her sleeve and had a trump card which would keep Alpha Flight alive. However, at the time Jeffries didn't know and even though he was tempted he stood his ground.

Purple Girl
Alpha Flight #61- After Walter/Wanda is refused out of his money due to he is now a female and the bank manager believes the real Walter is dead. So Wanda beings to freak out and Purple Girl steps up and easily manipulating a being as strong as Sasquatch with ease.
